I once had a kind of blackout because of high bp, at 19 or 20, it was not right diagnosed because nobody expected a young man with seemingly accurate health to have this. My doctor at that time saied exactly what you saied here: "Every human has a Bauplan - it's in the genes and you have to live with it."
