Super Bowl

Well, the Packers won. I am happy for the team. And I am happy for the city of Green Bay. This is one of the smallest cities but there is a history with the team and Chicago Bears in the very beginning of the football league. It is still a business and I don't always like that part of it.

I have no idea about football (I think it's something like a brawl), but it is a national event in the US and makes headlines here in Europe too. I think the Greenbay Packers were seen as the underdog in this game and I like to see the underdog win.

They were favored by only 2 points but the fact that they were not the highest team in the playoffs made it even sweeter. Today when they got back to Green Bay three tv stations carried the bus ride from the airport to the field. 35,000 people were along the route and at the field. It was a big deal and tomorrow they are having a welcome home party at the field. Yes it is a big deal.
