It was a great day today. Spent time with family at one sons wedding. Two of my sons came up with their wives and my oldest great grand daughter. I haven't had a day like today for a long time. Four more of my great grand children were in the wedding. What a blessed day.

Hey - family gathering! I hope you liked it all in all.
It's a chain, a never ending chain. The medieval people had the picture of the golden chain, catena aurea, here referring to the bible; but we see it in any family history how one link fits into the other and how it goes on. All the life they bring to you is not possible without you. And you and any human is not possible without them before us. Whether we like it or not, we are part of this chain.
You can fill a whole church with all yer Nachkommen - I hope descendants is the right word.
