In my last post I made the mistake of saying I because of my age, was entitled to my opinions.
This weekend I had a couple of generations of my family visit and I could not believe what they feel they are entitled to. Are they wrong or is this how the world is going? I don't know.

We in the Western world are rather pampered I think. We see advertisements and think that we should be able to have whatever we want. Lol
You are totally entitled to your opinions. :)
The greatness of the Lord is that we each have our free agency and our opinions. The hard part is learning to reconcile them with the Word's version of right and wrong....something I'm sure I'll struggle with for the rest of my life. :)

I think most things in life are only promises, its not necessary so that we have a right for or at something (I do not know which one of the small words is right). The world did not wait for us and we are only entitled to try our best.
I have observed the same in younger generations. probably some in my generation also but I have particularly noticed that sense of entitlement in the young. Perhaps it is that they learn better as they age or pehaps it is something we unwittingly taught them. I do not know.
